International Delivery Information

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES

NOTE: Our delivery charges are calculated on the weight of the entire parcel and not per item

Deliveries take up to 2-7 working days (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays)

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD        

Deliveries take up to 10 working days (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays)

Tracking is available on all our delivery services. You will receive a despatch confirmation email with a tracking link for your parcel so that you can follow its journey. Please make sure your email address is correct. Please provide a physical address as all parcels need to be signed for.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when the destination country is selected.

Our couriers deliver during normal business working hours and will require a signature on receipt. Please order to an address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel. Please do not ship your parcel to a PO Box address unless you are shipping to the UAE as our courier will not be able to deliver your parcel. If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the courier company will leave a card telling you to contact them for redelivery or how to pick up your parcel from them.

Any customs, tax or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies and charges differ from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

UNDELIVERED PARCELS

Please be advised that if an order’s tracking information states delivered or signed for but has not been received, we must be notified by email within 10 calendar days of the stated delivery date in order to raise an investigation and subsequent claim. After this time we are not able to guarantee any outcome or claim for a missing parcel. We cannot declare a parcel lost in these circumstances until an investigation has been completed by the courier company and forwarded to us.

 UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS

Most of our couriers will make more than one attempt to deliver your parcel before marking the parcel as undeliverable. Once your parcel is marked as undeliverable, it will be returned to our warehouse. Once we received your undeliverable parcel we will then contact you for further instructions. We will hold the parcel for 14 days before issuing a refund for the purchased items. If you wish the parcel to be resent, please note that the postage will need to be repaid. Alternatively, we can refund you for the items. If you need any help, please do not hesitate to contact us via email.
